The support behind that first pull.
A snug, secure feel starts with the fit. The rear cord system and two pull tabs let you choose your own level of support around your lower back or upper hips.
Target the support.
Position the belt where it feels comfortable. The connected cords run through two rear pulley plates to adjust the tension around your body.
Fine-tune the feel.
Pull both tabs outward, then secure them at the front. You control how snug the belt feels and can ease the tension whenever needed.

Measure around your body at belly-button height and compare your measurement with our size chart. Between sizes, choose the larger size.
Sizes 3XL–6XL use the 2XL belt with an extension. Select your full size when ordering.
What should the support feel like?
SpineFit should give you a snug, secure feeling of support around the area where you wear it. Use both pull tabs to fine-tune the tension until the fit feels comfortable, and ease it whenever needed.

Can I wear it under clothing?
You can wear SpineFit over a light base layer and beneath a relaxed top. Allow a little room in your clothing; how noticeable it is depends on the garment and your fit.
Can I use it while sitting or standing?
SpineFit offers adjustable support for everyday sitting, standing and walking. Choose the wearing position that feels comfortable and re-adjust the tension as your activity changes.
